Building upon 46 years of pastoral experience and leadership, the foundation focuses on expanding the reach of the gospel through active mission work. By fostering spiritual growth and supporting community outreach, the organization strives to bring hope and the message of Christ to those who have not yet received it. Today, our mission spans across five nations, serving as a beacon of faith and dedication to the service of others.

Meet Our Founders
About Our Founder: Ernesto Chaparro
Ernesto Chaparro is a dedicated servant of God whose life is defined by a deep commitment to proclaiming the gospel. Originally from Colombia and a resident of the United States since 1968, Ernesto finds his greatest strength in his faith and the unwavering support of his wife and five children.
Following his call to ministry in 1972, Ernesto has faithfully served as a pastor for 46 years. His extensive legacy includes founding the Iglesia Bautista Canaan in New York, where he served for 30 years, and establishing the Fraternidad de Iglesias Bautistas of New York and New Jersey. After planting the Hispana de Rocky Creek church in Greenville, South Carolina, he transitioned his focus to his current role as the founder and director of "Reaching Out the Lost." Through this foundation, he actively advances evangelistic efforts across Colombia, Ecuador, Cuba, Guatemala, and Spain.
After retiring as a pastor, Ernesto remains a member of Rocky Creek church in Greenville. While he enjoys swimming, camping, and traveling, his true passion remains sharing the message of Salvation. With over 35 years of experience in the ministry, Ernesto continues to serve with humility, driven by a heart for the lost and a dedication to global outreach.
